Thank you! You will receive an email confirming your requested time or suggesting alternative times for your appointment. Please note, your appointment is NOT confirmed until you receive an email stating you are "confirmed." 

You will be required to review, sign, and return our Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement.  Payment  in advance is required. Your confirmation will include a link for your payment. Your payment is NON-Refundable and must be processed prior to your appoinment confirmation. Only paid appoinments with completed Terms of Service (TOS) will be sent confirmations.
